Nutrition

Lager beer contains about 0.3g
protein per 100g.

The carbohydrate content is about
2.7g carbohydrate per 100g,
originating from the raw material
malt. The yeast has transformed the
majority of the carbohydrates into
alcohol and carbon dioxide.

Carbohydrates play an important
role for the quality of the beer
because it gives the beer body.

Soft drinks have a sugar based
carbohydrate content of about 10g
per 100g and beer contains only
25% of that.

Beer contains no fat.

B1 (Thiamin) 2% of daily requirement

B6 (Pyridoxin)7%

Folinsyre 17%

There is no recommendations for the daily requirement of these minerals

Sodium 20mg

Magnesium 25mg

The above information was found at various websites and is sure to differ among beer styles . I have no idea what Folinsyre is , but I am getting 2000% !!!
